A winter stay made for being together.
Created by Chef Erika, this choux brings technique and Canadian ingredients together on the plate.
“The choux is a challenging dessert because of the technique it requires-and I love a challenge. I also wanted to showcase Canadian ingredients like Granny Smith apples from BC, haskap berries from Alberta, and maple nuggets from Quebec.”
A sweet end to a winter evening at the Juniper.
