The Juniper Hotel & Bistro Media Hub – Terms of Use
The images, videos and PDFs in this media hub are available to tourism organisations, media, travel industry partners, event organisers and their agents solely for promoting the Juniper Hotel & Bistro. Permitted uses include websites, newsletters, social media, print materials and paid advertising, including the promotion of stays, dining, events and retreats taking place at the Juniper.
Credits
Please credit the Juniper Hotel & Bistro when using images or videos. Any additional photography or videography credits specified in an asset’s description must also be included. Check each asset’s description for restrictions or usage requirements before downloading or publishing.
Restrictions
Assets must not be sold, sublicensed, uploaded to stock libraries or used to promote unrelated businesses, venues, products or services. You may share assets with designers, agencies and other suppliers working on your permitted promotional materials, provided they follow these terms.
Editing and accurate representation
Images and videos may be cropped, resized or trimmed to suit your layout, provided their content and context are not materially altered or misrepresented. Do not remove existing credits or watermarks. Visual content must not be edited using editing software or AI. PDFs must not be edited without written permission. Promotional materials must accurately represent the Juniper and must not imply an endorsement or partnership beyond the arrangements agreed with us.
Ownership and withdrawal
Copyright remains with the respective rights holders. Downloading an asset grants permission for the uses described above; it does not transfer ownership. The Juniper Hotel & Bistro may withdraw permission for an asset’s use and request that you stop using or remove it.
