An amenity fee of $20/day helps bring together the thoughtful extras that make your stay easier, more flexible, and more connected to Banff. It gives you access to a curated collection of seasonal amenities designed to help you make the most of your time at the Juniper.

Take the scenic route
Explore more of Banff with e-bike and snow bikes. Cruise down the Bow River Trail into downtown Banff, follow the scenic Bow Valley Parkway, ride to Lake Minnewanka, or discover some of the area’s most spectacular viewpoints and trails.
In winter, our fat-tire bikes make it easy to get outside, float through the snow, and experience Banff from a different perspective.
Visit the Front Desk to reserve your e-bikes. The first three hours are included as part of your amenity fee – our way of supporting a greener Banff by helping guests leave the car behind.

Every stay includes access to the Juniper’s curated collection of amenities through our daily amenity fee of $20/day. From seasonal outdoor gear and e-bikes to the Juniper-Banff Shuttle and mountain view hot tub, each amenity is designed to help you experience more of Banff with less planning. Are e-bikes included in amenities?
Yes, summer and winter E-bikes are included under the amenity fee for the first three hours of rental. That’s plenty of time to get you there and back on the Bow Valley Parkway, to and from Lake Minnewanka, or around Banff!
Can you help us plan our adventures?
Absolutely! Our team are locals and choose to live in Banff because it’s incredible! As a guest you get access to our custom itineraries as well as personalised recommendations when you chat to the Front Desk. Yes, the Juniper has two EV Charging spaces available for guests of the Hotel or Bistro.

The Juniper offers 24/7 parking including Accessible designated and EV Charging parking spaces.
How do I book the Juniper Shuttle?
Guests can book the Juniper Shuttle via the Guest Guide – accessed via the QR code in your room – or by ringing or going to the Front Desk.
