Juniper Shuttle Child Safety Seats

Our complimentary downtown shuttle operates as a courtesy vehicle part of the Amenity fee. For passenger safety and legal compliance:

• Child Restraint Policy: The shuttle cannot accommodate passengers who legally require a child safety seat or booster seat under Alberta law.
• No Installations: For liability and insurance reasons, the installation of guest-owned child car seats or boosters is strictly prohibited in the hotel vehicle.
• Alternative Transit: Our Front desk team will happily assist families with small children in arranging alternative transportation, such as Banff taxi taxi or Roam Transit and Under the Alberta Traffic Safety Act, licensed commercial taxi drivers are technically exempt from the legal requirement to ensure a child is in a child safety seat hence, they can use these alternatives.
