Launching June 11, the Juniper Bistro’s new summer dinner menu is rooted in a plant-forward philosophy celebrating seasonal vegetables, herbs, grains, legumes, and thoughtfully sourced proteins in balance. Each dish is designed to feel fresh, lively, and deeply satisfying.
Highlights include Salmon Tartare, Bison Shortrib, Baked Quebec Brie, Pasta Verde and Cauli Tonnato.
