It’s time to celebrate that special person who always takes care of you!
Our unforgettable brunch begins with a welcome mimosa or organic, cold-pressed juice. Then, dive in to our grazing table of nibbles and desserts, your choice of hot dish served at your table, plus drip coffee or tea. Main choices include decadent bennies, our legendary shakshuka, goat cheese stuffed French Toast and more.
Weather permitting, our patio will be open. Patio seats cannot be guaranteed – but views are also stunning from the dining room.
How are you marking Earth Day this year? There are lots of ways to be more nature-positive, including the way we eat. If you’re exploring more plant-forward meals, you’ll find lots of delicious options at Juniper Bistro, alongside consciously sourced animal proteins from local and regional producers.
Juniper Bistro is open for Easter Brunch till 2pm today. We have delicious food, including a bountiful grazing table, fire pits and s`mores(!), and the most breathtaking view in the Valley, so come on over!
It’s time to ring in spring!
At the Spring Equinox, many Indigenous cultures celebrate rebirth and new beginnings. Across the continent, seeds spring to life, providing food and medicine. In the eastern forests, maple trees release their sweet sap, ready to be harvested.
Celebrate the new season with our chefs’ inspired special. House-made hummus is infused with bright green basil/kale and topped with fresh asparagus glazed in sticky maple syrup. Served with deliciously crunchy seed crackers, this treat won’t last long - you better come try it tonight!
