We’ve teamed up with Alison Moyes of Liquidity Wines to delight your palate with a four course winemaker’s dinner in the Vermilion Dining Room.
Alison and her team use time-honoured, sustainable viticulture techniques to create artisan wines of the highest quality. Inspired by these estate grown, hand harvested wines, our chefs are crafting a unique menu to complement their complex flavours with the freshest local ingredients.
