Anyone with possible COVID-19 symptoms will not be permitted to check-in and should immediately self-isolate.
As an added precaution against the spread of COVID-19, we’ll ask all arriving guests three quick health screening questions before check-in:
- In the past 14 days, have you travelled outside of Canada?
- In the past 14 days, have you had contact with a confirmed case, anyone with symptoms, or spent time in a medical or long-term care setting?
- Does anyone in your party have COVID-19 symptoms, or been infected and recovered?
To streamline this process, we encourage guests to telephone on the morning of their arrival date to complete this screening in advance. All information is completely confidential and not stored in any form.
Please be aware that anyone displaying possible COVID-19 symptoms should not travel and will not be permitted to check-in upon arrival. In this unlikely event, we will assist you in contacting health authorities and making alternative arrangements as needed.
The Canadian border remains closed to all non-essential travel. Arrivals from outside of Canada are legally required to self-isolate for 14 days. Failure to obey instructions issued at the border can result in penalties of up to 6 months prison time or $750,000 in fines. Local authorities are actively enforcing quarantine regulations to protect the health of our community.
The health of all our guests is our primary concern and we offer full flexibility to change or cancel reservations for any reason.
