It’s the last night of the decade – definitely one to celebrate in style!
Our five-course New Year’s Eve menu begins with Chef’s gourmet amuse-bouche, followed by your choice of three locally inspired appetizers.
Refresh your palate with a sparkling frosé float before tucking in to one of four delicious main courses, including juicy wild boar and delicate sablefish flavoured with miso and maple.
To finish, take your pick from a trio of indulgent desserts: will you go for rich chocolate and hazelnut, a bright fruit mousse or our vegan ‘cheesecake’ with salted caramel?
Five luxurious courses are $99, plus tax and gratuity. For a truly gourmet experience, upgrade to our wine package for $49++ and enjoy a carefully selected wine pairing to complement the flavours of each course.
