The Juniper Bistro is pleased to reopen for our famous Brunch from Thursday, July 9th. Our spacious dining room and patio with panoramic views allow plenty of room for a relaxing dining experience in the mountains. We have new policies and procedures in place to help keep you safe while you enjoy your meal with us.
Health Checks on Arrival
Before we seat your party, we’ll ask you to answer three quick screening questions. For everyone’s safety, please stay home if you’re not feeling well.
Masks Are Mandatory
As of July 31st, 2020, masks or face coverings must be worn in all enclosed public spaces in Banff, including restaurants and patios. Bistro guests must wear a mask to enter the premises and keep it on any time they are not seated at their table. When you’re in your seat, you can remove your mask and enjoy your food and drinks. This rule applies for both indoor dining and on the patio. Children under two years of age and individuals with specific medical needs are exempt from wearing a face covering. Learn more about exemptions here, and if this applies to you please let our staff know when you arrive. If you don’t own a reusable face covering, we will be happy to provide you with a complimentary single-use mask.
Sanitize for Safety
Keeping our hands clean is key to limiting the spread of COVID-19. You’ll find locally sourced Wild Life Distillery hand sanitizer stations in all areas of the Bistro. We ask all guests to sanitize their hands upon arrival.
When you arrive at your table, you’ll find a card with a QR code. Open the camera app on your smartphone to scan the code and view our menu online. Not working? No problem. Your server will be happy to provide a single use menu, or verbally run through the items available.
Keeping Our Distance
To keep all our guests and staff at a safe physical distance, our floors are marked with directional arrows and waiting areas. Please make every effort to maintain 6 feet/ 2 metres of distance between you and anyone outside your group. Our host will guide you through our one-way system upon arrival. Tables and chairs in the Bistro have been arranged to ensure proper distancing, so please do not move any furniture. Thanks for your support in keeping everyone safe.
Reservations are Required
By reserving your table in advance, you help us to ensure that everyone has plenty of space to enjoy a relaxing meal and waiting areas never become crowded. Call us on 403-763-6219 or reserve online.
