COVID-19: What We’re Doing

The global and national response to COVID-19 is evolving quickly, and the health and safety of our guests and staff continues to be our highest priority. Banff National Park is not open for visitors at this time, but  The Juniper continues to accommodate those needing a place to stay overnight when making a long drive home, or performing essential services in the region. As travel plans are liable to change at this time, we offer free and flexible cancellations on all bookings. We are also limiting our in-house capacity to facilitate proper social distancing.

Above and beyond our usual stringent hygiene practices, we have increased our cleaning schedules with a focus on sanitizing all high touch areas, including door handles, key cards, light switches and handrails. Our dedicated team are following all public health protocols to the letter to minimize the impact of this virus on our community and customers.

We have taken the precaution of closing The Juniper Bistro entirely. Please be aware that there will be no onsite dining or room service available to guests at this time. Local restaurants continue to offer delivery services and our Front Desk will be happy to provide more details on available options.

Thank you to all of our guests and customers for your support at this challenging time. If you have any further questions, our friendly front desk team are available 24/7 to assist you: contact us on 1-866-551-2281.
