Cochon555 is a nose-to-tail culinary event celebrating heritage breed pigs and the quality meat coming from conscious pork producers. They’ll be bringing their North American tour to Banff for the weekend, and our team in the kitchen jumped at the chance to bring a pork-themed twist to our award-winning brunch.
Our special $25 brunch is available for one weekend only, 7-2 PM, and includes your choice of main dish and our specialty Juniper Caesar with a maple bacon garnish.
