"muk a muk" is a Chinook word meaning "food"
or "feast". The Juniper Bistro & Lounge
offers a relaxing atmosphere and breath-taking Rocky Mountain views. Locals and
visitors from all around meet at the Juniper Bistro and Lounge to experience fine
dining food and drink.
The Juniper Bistro & Lounge features a creative and delectable
menu inspired by the traditions, history and local ingredients of
the Rocky Mountain area in Banff National Park. Our fine dining menu draws from the mountains, forests, lakes, and
rivers of the Canadian Rockies. Our chefs are committed to using
the freshest and finest fish, fowl, game, meats, greens, and herbs
to create a truly Banff National Park regional cuisine making our menus unique among
Rocky Mountain bed and breakfast accommodations in the Canadian Rockies. |
| The Bistro: |
The main dining room seats up to sixty people and boasts the
most breathtaking table side views available among Banff National Park hotels.
Our selection of fine Canadian and international wines will
complement your menu choice and enhance your dining experience.
Panoramic windows lining the south side of the restaurant provide
stunning views of Sulphur and Rundle Mountains, the Banff town
site and Vermilion Lakes. Menus served: breakfast, lunch, and
dinner.

| Fireside Lounge: |
The thirty-seat lounge and bar adjacent to the Bistro offers
martinis, cocktails, draught, domestic, and imported beers.
The grand copper and rundle stone wood fireplace coupled with
its casual atmosphere is the perfect après ski location.
Menus served: breakfast, lunch, and lounge.

| Juniper Terrace: |
Just a step out from the Bistro is the famous Juniper Terrace.
Patio style seating in the summer with panoramic patio views make
this Banff National Park hotel location a destination of its own. The terrace
regularly seats up to twenty-four people for breakfast, lunch,
cocktails, and dinner. However, if your party wishes a private
function the Juniper terrace has a 100 person maximum capacity
for a special event or occasion. |

Vermillion Lakes Room: |
If your party wishes a more private dining experience we offer
the intimate and charming Vermilion Lakes Room, adjacent the
Bistro. The room can accommodate groups from six to forty guests
for a special occasion, meeting or intimate event.
