We are pleased to announce the launch of a new après ski lounge menu in the Juniper Bistro. It is the perfect compliment to a day on the slopes, with hearty classics like our Juniper Burger as well as rabbit rillettes, mussels and pork crackling caesar to warm you up at end the day.

Head Chef Danny Beaulieu developed a delicious, sticky Asian-style barbeque sauce for the duck wings on this menu, as well as a foie gras gravy for the poutine that make these dishes a couple of the staff’s favourites.

Now you can finish the best day ever on the slopes with après ski beside our wood-burning fireplace. Handcrafted food, smiles and rosy cheeks are guaranteed.
